We were excited to collaborate once again with Oceanclear Eyecare, a valued returning client whose original space we designed a decade ago. As their practice grew, they needed to expand into a 2,500 sq. ft. tenant improvement project—doubling their previous space.

Our goal was to create a highly functional layout with a spacious, inviting waiting area that enhances both workflow and patient experience. The location, previously occupied by Kumon, required a complete transformation. Joseph Design Group managed the entire process from start to finish, including:

• Developing a functional layout from the ground up
• Preparing the construction set for permitting
• Integrating brand identity into the design
• Overseeing millwork shop drawings
• Managing furniture selection and bidding

The final design blends modern aesthetics with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, incorporating soft blue tones inspired by ocean waves—an homage to the clinic’s name and calming philosophy.
